Single-Minded Focus

A strategic partnership between Forum Equity Partners Inc. and Rink Management Services Corporation, Huron Sports Services was created with one purpose in mind: to design, build, finance and operate community ice arenas and recreation  centers across Canada.

Huron Sports Services fills a gap in  this area by providing the necessary design and operational expertise – at a cost that is reasonable and sustainable. It is there to help meet the exponentially-increasing demand for ice time and to deal with the aging of existing arena facilities in many Canadian municipalities. It is also there to help ease the financial burden on those municipalities.

Huron Sports Services boasts years of expertise in the operation and maintenance of municipal multi-use sport and recreational facilities. As well, through Forum, Huron has access to the delivery of capital assets through municipally sponsored alternative financing and procurement or Public Private Partnership (P3) projects. The strategic partnership allows us to focus on the design, building, financing and operation of high-quality, energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly arenas and recreational Centres.
