Rink Management Services Corporation
Privately-owned, Rink Management Services Corporation (RMS) specializes in the operation and management of arenas and sports and recreational facilities. Founded in 1999, RMS has quickly grown to become the largest operator of ice skating facilities in the United States. With a staff of more than 1800, RMS is able to provide a broad and diverse range of in-house experience including expertise in arena and recreational facility design, operation and maintenance. Its reputation for quality and attention to detail has made RMS the manager of choice for municipal arenas and recreation centres, foundation arenas, as well as rinks of all types: from outdoor and stand-alone to mall.
In 2006, RMS acquired the prestigious Huron Hockey School. Since its founding in 1970, Huron Hockey School has established itself as one of the most respected organizations in North America offering quality hockey-oriented educational programs. More than 700 NHL players (including superstars Scott Stevens, Eric Lindros, Chris Pronger and Ray Bourque) and 150 NHL coaches have graduated from the school.
