Ottawa Paramedic Services

Forum was selected by the City of Ottawa to design, build, finance, lease and operate a $22 million 100,000 square foot headquarters for the Ottawa Paramedic Services.  Completed in December 2005, the facility was the first municipal building to be LEED certified.  This project exemplifies Forum’s leadership role in the construction of municipal design/build developments where partnering and careful attention to the client’s requirements determined the success of the project.
